In 1995, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library launched. It's a 501(c)(3) charitythat mails free, high-quality, age-appropriate books to children from birth until age five, regardless of the family’s income. At this point, they give away over 3 million books each month to children around the world and they've already passed the 300 million gifted book count.
