This free Texas oil & natural gas sticker from last year looks to still be available. The sticker itself says “come and take it.” Uhh… duh? Isn't that how all oil and natural gas is acquired?
Or is that an open invitation for us to start our own drilling companies? If so, then I'll see y'all on the drilling fields! On an unrelated note, does anybody have an industrial drilling machine I can borrow?
