Here's a form possibly offering 5 free Home Harmony Basics WetJet refill pads. I can't find much information on this company, aside from the fact that they make cheaper replacement cleaning pads that are designed to fit on your Swiffer. Their Facebook page is tiny, but they are selling the product on Amazon, so they might just be a startup.
As such, I don't image everybody who signs up for this will receive them, but assuming it's a legit offer then I think at least some of us will. I don't have a Swiffer, so I passed on signing up so as not to waste any freebies.
