Did you know Williams-Sonoma offers free in-store classes and events? Well, you should by now, because I've been posting these monthly lists for over half a year now 😀
For May, they are offering multiple classes centered around “mastering the art of Italian cooking t with a series dedicated to fresh pasta and homemade pizza.” Space is limited, so you need to reserve a spot today if interested.
Here's the current schedule for this month:
- Sunday, May 3 at 11am – Tucci’s Pizza Night Perfected – See the GreenPan™ Stanley Tucci™ indoor-outdoor pizza oven in action and leave ready to host the ultimate pizza night.
- Sunday, May 10 at 11am – Mother’s Day Lemon Caper Pasta – Celebrate Mother’s Day with a vibrant spring pasta made using the KitchenAid 3-in-1 Pasta Attachment.
- Sunday, May 17 at 11am – Spicy Rigatoni – Discover how easy it is to craft fresh pasta in the Philips Pasta Maker while we make rigatoni and pair it with a spicy tomato sauce.
- Sunday, May 24 at 11am – Margherita Pizza – Learn techniques for dough, toppings and high-heat baking that delivers perfect crust in two minutes using the Ooni Volt 2 electric pizza oven.
- Sunday, May 31 at 11am – Summertime Pasta Salad – Create a seasonal pasta salad with fresh herbs, tahini, creamy feta and fried chickpeas for a crowd-pleasing summer side dish.
It's nice to see some in-store events for adults, as opposed to the typical events for kids only.
