What’s Zemaira? Well, this is taken from their front page

Zemaira is used for chronic alpha1-proteinase inhibitor (A1-PI) augmentation therapy in adult Alpha-1 patients with emphysema.

HUH?! I have no freaking idea what any of that means, but when my mom walked by as I was posting this, she seemed to understand and said she wanted a free sample. So maybe there are older people out there who actually know what the heck that mumbo-jumbo above means and could use a good does of A1-PI.
