67 Free iTunes Songs
Close that spreadsheet and hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign on your cubicle, because we’ve got hours worth of new music to listen to! That’s a worthy enough excuse for not doing any work, right?
There’s a newly released free iTunes holiday sampler with 20 songs from artists such as Toby Keith, Barry Manilow, Stephen Colbert(!), and Weezer.
Next up, Nylon magazine is giving away 27 free winter songs and somebody explain to me what in the world this means. How can they be winter songs? Are they dreary, cold, and depressing? If so, sign me up! Maybe they’ll be the final straw to force me to move to the tropics.
Finally, there are 20 free Starbucks Sampler songs available through iTunes’ Facebook page. You have to become a fan of theirs before you can even see what the songs are, so I’ve listed them below the jump for your convenience.

Why does it keep asking me for a redeemable code in I-tunes?
i have plenty of songs to play at our christmas eve party this year, all from amazon and itunes! thank you goob!
Can’t get the nylon one to work. Is there a trick to it?
I had to try the Starbucks several times. It should give you a code. Then log into i-tunes, and then click on the right hand side where it says redeem and put the code in (same spot as an i-tunes card number).
As for Nylon, I never could get it!
i-tunes also has a free download on the right hand side by “redeem”, there is an awesome Christmas one by Joe (no last name, I’ve never heard of him, but it is WOW)
HERE IS WHAT YOU DO. WHEN YOU PRESS THE GRAY DOWNLOAD BUTTON, A DIFFERENT SCREEN SHOULD POP UP. THE SCREEN IS ALL WHITE AND SAYS SOME STUFF LIKE “LOADING”, BUT THEN AT THE TOP THERE OF YOU PAGE IS A URL, IN YOU WEB BROWSER. THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE CODE=….AND THEN YOUR CODE AT THE END OF THE url. THEN GO TO ITUNES AND PASTE THAT CODE IN THE BOX ON THE “REDEEM” PAGE. CLICK REDEEM AND PRESTO, NEW MUSICA FOR YOU:)

When I click on Star bucks it just keeps loading. When I go on ITunes redeem and give code it says that it is not eligible. HELP!!!
The code I get is 6A7744334PKT ITunes says it is ineligible

But when I went to Itunes, STB said it would drag in all my friends and nanything else of facebook!!!!!!!!!!! Yawsa! I am too old for all this socializing , but I would LOVE to have those songs! LOVE stb , too!

Okay, once you become a fan and get the code go back to Starbucks and unbecome a fan. I have done this with several other sites.
I wonder if the Nylon pack of songs have reached a download limit or something, because I tried to download them on a second computer just now and it’s not working anymore. If it’s still down in the morning, I’ll mark it as dead.

Thanks so much for the links! I downloaded the Itunes free Christmas songs and I especially love the Colbert one. I’ll try the Starbucks one next. I cannot wait to listen to them.
I got the Starbucks one, but the other two aren’t working. One says the code has already been used & the iTunes one says it’s not available in the US…ummm, what?
