While these free Kotex Natural Balance Liners might require a Costco membership number, they don’t require any balanced coloring between the lines like the name might naturally suggest. That’s a good thing, seeing I failed that topic back in kindergarten.

    Funny, I put in a valid Costco membership # & etc. – site has been defaulting me back to re-enter my date of birth. Maybe site doesnt work afterhours (3am).

    Just try a different random 12 digit number if the first one doesn’t work.
