Well, this is new. I can't say I've ever seen a free Tito's Vodka dog collar tag during my two decades of running this site.
On the collar, they'll let you add your pet's name, phone number (yours, not your pets unless they have their own cell), and address. The confirmation page says they should ship in 6-8 weeks.
