Free New Yorker 2010 Calendar
It’s early autumn, a free New Yorker 2010 calendar is available, and yet it’s 9 million degrees outside.1 Something doesn’t quite add up. Not that I’m complaining though! I loathe winter almost as much as I do green beans or El Niño. It’s just – and I’m no scientist – but shouldn’t the weather be getting colder? I’m starting to think “global warming” might be a tame term. I vote we change it to “global it’s so hot outside I’m not going to bother with pants.” It just rolls off the tongue.

That’s funny cuz here in TX it’s a brisk 72 degrees when we should still have at least 2 more months of hot weather! We didn’t even get that many over 100 degree days!
That’s it, I’m moving to Texas.

I’d rather have hot weather anytime! I do not like not being able to wear flip flops!
Hmmm. . .April, you must live in Dallas or Houston because in Central Texas, we were reaching the record number of >100 degree days this summer. We had 65 this year! The low that sat over Central Texas last week finally broke the spell or we surely would’ve broken the record of 66 days. By the way, anyone have trouble putting in their zip code on the request form for the calendar? I couldn’t.

MUSKY…. EWWWWWW! ACK! GROSS! CENTRAL FLORIDA IS HOT YEAR ROUND – UGHGHGHGHGGHG! WE GET JUST 2 SEASONS: GIRLSCOUT COOKIE SEASON AND HURRICANE SEASON. THE FORMER COULD POTENTIALLY MAKE UP FOR THE LATTER BUT ONLY IF THEY DIDN’T TAKE 150% OF SALES MONEY FROM THE MOUTHES OF BABES!
And in honor of the New Yorker, the Channel 7 ABC Eyewitness News at 5 out of NYC just said the temp is 78º in the City and it’s a bit humid.
UH? am i reading this right? I think there giving away a poster with calendar pictures (seasons) on it. Not a 2010 calendar. What do you think?
For the past 3 days in my town in Colorado it hasn’t gotten above 55 degrees…. thats pretty cold! I just moved here from Arizona in May and this is as cold as it gets in January in AZ…. I am in for a long winter…
