Free Purina One Pet Food
Sam’s Club has a new free Purina One pet food link up. A membership ID is required, so bust out those Sam’s Club cards! You know, the ones with the nine digit ID number and a little black & white photo of you down in the corner. No, that’s your library card. Stop, stop, that’s a voter registration card. You know, on second though, how about I take that pet off your hands. I’m not sure you’re qualified to look after another living creature.

Purina is J-U-N-K. If you’re feeding this to your dogs, you need to donate the refrigerator you have in your house!
What!? I’m keeping my fridge!
Purina, along with pretty much anything else you can buy at a grocery store/Walmart – is crap. But I keep some of these samples in my car because I often run into a loose or stray dog that I try and lure them to me with, and it usually works. They are also good to stash for emergencies.
well my dog is alive and extremely healthy, so if its crap, wouldnt that be differnt? or am i in a twilight zone?
The page wouldn’t load for me!!
Hey Goob? You crack me up, man. *grin*
I concur with the Purina is crap statements. I feed my dogs only human grade USDA grade chicken food (Pet Fresh Select good product). Good idea though about keeping the samples in the car to lure stray animals…I am always rescuing pooches.
I have been buying really expensive dry food for the cat however and she got a sample of the Purina One and is crazy for it…so, since I am not too attached to the cat…guess who is getting the food that is 1/4 the price of the expensive food from now on?
Human grade can be crap too.
lol, jo tooo funny! lmao!
These are good for hurricane evacuation take a longs. Many of the freebies I have got I save for that purpose, shampoo, bar soap, and more. They don’t take up much room, and I have like 3 full plastic grocery bags full
Good ideas Joe. My nephew uses lots of these on camping trips.
Does it cost to become a Sam’s club member?
Yes. You have to buy a memebership. You can try to enter a random 9 digit number. Don’t tell the moral police I said that. Good luck.
Wow Jo. My cats are awfully glad they didn’t end up at your house. Besides, I’ve had cats live to 26 (no joke), 18, etc on store bought ‘crap’.
Any rescue would take these samples as they are always cash strapped, so please consider that if you don’t want to use them.
I only see dog food samples available. Was interested in a cat food sample. Dang!
#8 Obsessed: yes, human grade can be crap but at least I know it isn’t China crap. The chicken in the food I give them are raised here, processed here and inspected here. So, you want me to raise my own chickens and slaughter them to feed my dogs??
#14 Jan: My cat has always eaten quality food that I provide but she, like many of us humans nowadays, seems to just want the manufactured chemically altered crap. I give her the good food and she sticks her nose up in the air…I don’t give her or my dogs table scraps and they know they must eat the quality food I provide but with the cat…if I am spending my day tossing the food back in the bag and making it “fresh” again for her versus opening a bag of way less expensive Purina that she devours within 30 seconds…guess what I am gonna choose from now on? She is 11 years old and very healthy.
If you give them to rescue..please don’t open it first…Most rescues (at least in my area) won’t take opened bags of food.
TY! Yes, I agree, Purina dog & cat food is crappy. But, handy to have around the house for emergencies. I try to feed the dogs better stuff, but money was tight last year for me and many people. Recently, it’s been Blue Buffalo or Taste of the Wild for the doggies. I do feed Purina to the horses (Strategy). That is a good feed!
Shoot, it’s dog food not cat food. I guess the local pet rescue mission will get this one.
Thanks for telling us about all of these great offers!
I have had countless pets over the years (mom took in all sorts of strays and fostering in addition to our own pets). We tried all sorts of food, but almost always went back to Purina. Almost every dog and cat we had lived well into old age, years past usual life expectancy. That was a feat in itself considering how badly mistreated some of them were when they came to us. If Purina was so bad, then why did we have such healthy animals (pigs, llamas, donkeys, dogs, cats, etc)?
