You can get all the history and details here on A&W's site, but there's not much to it. All you have to do make sure to join their free A&W Mug Club today and you'll then get a free coupon to take to your local A&W and pick up your free small root beer float.

Okay wiseguy, you're right, that's not all you'll have to do. You'll need to walk inside or at least go around the drive-tru and ask for your freebie. It's not like the floats will be sitting outside in the parking lot.

PINCHme offers free products, with free shipping and no credit card requires, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. All they ask for is your honest feedback on the products you receive. Every month, new freebies and samples are released on PINCHme.com for members to claim. Many items have been offered in beauty, snacks, baby, pet, personal care, cleaning products, and household categories over the past few years. There's something for everyone!

Note available samples are based on your demographics and how you answer their survey questions, so if you have a pet, then make sure you tell PINCHme so you'll get the pet food and toys offered. Regardless, both new and existing PINCHme members should have at least a few available freebies within the hour, so make sure to go request them all at noon before they run out!

I've got some sad news! Many of us remember the annual Chick-fil-A Cow Appreciation Day that was held every July from 2005 through 2019. By dressing up like a cow, we'd get a free breakfast, lunch, or dinner entrée.

When the pandemic his, this promo was put on hold and never came back. I was hoping 2023 would be the year it returned, but Chick-fil-A just announced that they're instead offering something called Code Moo that runs from June 21 through August 1. Each week, restaurants will give away millions of food freebies from Wednesday through the following Tuesday.

Over these six weeks, we can play a game and earn free food. In order to play, you'll need to click here on a mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Here are the prizes and amount being offered each week.

  • Week 1, June 21 thru June 27 – 2,500,000 free 8 count nuggets
  • Week 2, June 28 thru July 4 – 2,500,000 free medium fountain drinks

Nestle is still giving away free Resource ThickenUp Clear Stick Packs. These are an instant food and drink thickening powder made with xanthan gum to provide swallowing support for people with dysphagia. I had to look it up and dysphagia is the medical term for swallowing difficulties.

So if you know somebody with dysphagia or … I don't know, you're addicted to xanthan gum, then this freebie is for you. Otherwise, I'd hold off on requesting this so that as many people who need this can get it.

It's also meant to be used under medical supervision.
