I will point out that it seems they want you to buy the Pepsi at a “quick serve locations” or a “food service location.” This implies a restaurant of some kind, but they don't really spell it out. Does WalMart count, even if they also “serve” food that you can buy? Does a gas station count if they serve old hot dogs? I'm not sure how much scrutiny they'll give this – and in my personal experience, these automated rebates usually offer a bit of leeway – but I felt it important to note.
