Kansas Wheat is an advocacy organization of farmers who (get this) live in Kansas and grow (you'll never believe) wheat. They have a signup form on their site offering a free 2026 Kansas Wheat Commission recipe book. While you're there, you can also snag a digital PDF version if you have some bread that needs baking ASAP.
