Free Do Good Share Kindness Sticker

Free Do Good & Share Kindness Sticker

Boys & Girls Clubs of America are giving away a free Do Good & Share Kindness sticker. Here's what you'll need to do.

  1. Step 1: Join the Kindness Challenge group on Facebook. 👋
  2. Step 2: Once you're in the group, complete the registration form to receive your free sticker (designed by Club alum Danielle Coke) and a downloadable calendar with an act of kindness to complete each day. 🗓️

That's a lot of words for essentially “join a Facebook group then fill out a form.”

Free Roe Your Vote

Free ‘Roe Your Vote’ Sticker

MoveOn has released another free Roe Your Vote sticker. As with all their other freebies, you only have to fill out the first page and can ignore all the donation requests on the confirmation page.

Free PETA Teach Kind Stickers

Free PETA Teach Kind Stickers

Here's another signup form still active for some free PETA Teach Kind stickers. This offer looks like a whole sheet of stickers and they don't seem to have any PETA brand markings on them whatsoever.

I think this offer is meant for teacher's only since it asks where you teach at. I said I taught at Goob School, given that I'm only as smart as a 2nd grader.

Free Our Body Our Freedom Sticker

Free ‘Our Bodies, Our Freedom’ Sticker

MoveOn is now offering a free Our Bodies, Our Freedom sticker that you can expect to receive in a few weeks.

Like other MoveOn sticker freebies, you're finished after submitting your address on the first page. You don't have to do anything on the confirmation page asking for donations.

Free Plan C Stickers

Free ‘Plan C’ Stickers & Flyers

Given today's terrible SCOTUS ruling, I felt it was appropriate to post this offer for free Plan C stickers and flyers.

Plan C pills are safe, at-home abortion pills that are privately delivered by mail. These medications (Mifepristone and Misoprostol) were approved by the FDA decades ago and are safe through the end of the first trimester. If your state is enacting draconian laws restricting access to this medication, then you can easily circumvent them by following the mail forwarding steps listed at Mayday Health.

Online Privacy Tips for Abortion

I don't talk about it often here, but freebies aren't my only area of expertise. Learning how to vet freebies & the scammers behind fake ones led me down a path where I now work extensively in the online security realm. My work there over the past decade has made it crystal clear how little we can trust big tech companies. There are now many factors you need to consider when getting an abortion in the age of surveillance. Case in point – period tracking apps.

Your app data is not private. If you track your menstruation pattern on an app, then that data is sent to 3rd parties, who then resell that data. If your pattern is disrupted, the app will not only know, but log this discrepancy. That log can then be subpoenaed by law, or even bought on the free market, and can then by used against you in a court of law.

Delete your period tracking apps!

Additionally, this concern extends to social media and search engines. I would not discuss any plans for ordering or taking these pills online. If you decide to Google anything related to abortion (making travel plans to another state, ordering pills, etc) then absolutely make sure to do your search while logged out of any account and while running a VPN, such as ProtonVPN, Private Internet Access, or Mullvad.

If traveling out of state for an abortion, then do not bring your mobile phone with you to the actual clinic! Cell phones constantly ping the nearest cell tower, even when they're in your pocket and not in use. This information that you were in the vicinity of an abortion clinic could then be used against you by an overzealous prosecutor.

Finally, if you'd like to make a donation to abortion care providers, you can donate here and have your money split evenly between 90 support groups around the country. Your donation will go towards providing funding, travel, lodging, and other wrap-around supports that many people are going to need in the coming months.

If there's one thing I've learned from spending tens of thousands of hours studying history, it's that we'll make it through the coming decades together. Stay strong out there, folks. ❤️
