Here's another signup form still active for some free PETA Teach Kind stickers. This offer looks like a whole sheet of stickers and they don't seem to have any PETA brand markings on them whatsoever.
I think this offer is meant for teacher's only since it asks where you teach at. I said I taught at Goob School, given that I'm only as smart as a 2nd grader.
