JUUL Class Action Settlement

If you purchased a JUUL product within retail stores or directly from JUUL online before December 7, 2022, then you may qualify for the JUUL Class Action Settlement. This lawsuit stems from allegations claiming that users paid more for JUUL products than they would have paid if accurate information about JUUL products' addictiveness and safety had been provided. The lawsuit also alleges that JUUL products were unlawfully marketed to minors.

You have until February 5, 2024 to submit a claim form online or by snail mail. To do so, go here to submit a claim online or get the mailing address for your do submit a claim via USPS.

How much you can receive depends on your information:

  • Claims with Valid Proof of Purchase: You can get more than $300 with proof.
  • Claims without Valid Proof of Purchase: You can get up to $300 without proof.
