Only 1 sample per household, so if you have gotten this before, they won't let you get it again. I've found that this link recycles itself every few weeks with the sample (they quickly, within hours, run out of the sample, but if you check back every couple weeks, they will usually have more!).

The only thing I can suggest is clearing your browser's cache (here are step-by-step guides) and trying the freebie again by C&P the link. Perhaps when you clicked on it, you got the dead freebie's info stuck in your browser. The only reason I suggest this is that I just signed up my brother and neighbor for this, so I know it's still alive.
