When I called,they said on your key board enter your date of birth like 09 13 1942 , well im talking on the phone,so I said it,n they hung up on me. First off there is no place to enter this on keyboard if I am talking to someone on the phone!

I got through, thanks! You do have to talk to a representative if you want to opt out getting more coupons and offers in the snail mail, but they don't say how to talk to a representative. Haha! Oh well, they can send me more free stuff, that's fine by me!
