Free Sun Crystals All Natural Sweetener

free-sun-crystal-packets

One of the side effects of running a freebie site for almost four years is that I often see an offer and go, “oh, yeah, we’ve already posted that.” Then a few hours later I inevitably question my memory and check out the freebie a bit more in depth. If you don’t see where I’m going with this, then we need to have a little talk.

After signing up for this free Sun Crystals all-natural sweetener, you’re also given the option to print a free $1 off coupon for your next purchase. The previous Sun Crystals freebies came with a few coupons. If this one does as well and you print the coupon, you’ll probably be able to get a full-sized pack for very cheap.

I purchased the sun crystals about a month and a half ago and yes it seems like it tastes pretty good in our coffee, we used to use splenda. My step son brought it to my attention that when you try the sun crystals all by itself, it has some kind of chemical taste to it. I’m wondering what this taste is and is it safe. If it is not supposed to taste like this, then ovbiously it must be contaminated and I threw out the box and wasn’t sure who to contact. Please let me know what I should do.
    Sincerely,
    Marsha Hutchinson

Marsha, you should read the box info. I’m sure they provide an 800 # or website for customer’s to contact w/questions or comments. It sounds like you tossed the box but you can probably find their website online and go through there to contact them. But, if you think about it: the only “all natural” sweetener that is commonly known is sugar. Everything else is going to have some sort of chemical t’ment.

Read the box before you pitch it out next time.
Also GOOGLE the product and read up on it.

SUN CRYSTALS is a mixture of sugar and Stevia

    http://www.stevia.com/
Stevia is a South American herb that has been used as a sweetener by the Guarani Indians of Paraguay for hundreds of years. The leaves of this small, green Stevia rebaudiana plant have a delicious and refreshing taste that can be 30 times sweeter than sugar.

Stevia has a bit of an aspartame taste to it that you get used to.
Look into the flavored Stevia Drops. Adding vanilla creme drops to ice cold sparkling water (carbonated water) tastes just like creme soda…no sugar!
Lemon drops go good in tea.

The body does not metabolize the sweet glycosides from the stevia leaf or any of its processed forms – so there is no caloric intake. Stevia doesn’t adversely affect blood glucose levels and may be used freely by diabetics.

Would not accept info in the “confirm address” blank. So could not submit request!
