Make sure to put that you are female when registering with the Vocalpoint site…they are only giving samples away to ladies…and you can’t go back, must read IP address, if you put you are male…no free shampoo, dangit…

Said already registered. No luck trying to reset password. Tried registering all over with a different e-mail and it didn’t like any of that either. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
Well, I selected Female, and it still told me I didn’t qualify. Sad!
Also, I think you have to be older than 21, because it told me I wasn’t qualified.

Laura–I was already registered, and it didn’t like what I thought was my password. I reset, and then went to the home tab. The Pantene link is on the left side near the top.
My FREE shampoo will be sent in 4-6 weeks. WOOT!

i didn’t qualify either and i’m a lady and over 21
just went in were it said if member, sign in. did that, all my info came up, i clicked submit and it said i should have it in 4 – 6 weeks.
got my shampoo sample coming.
I had some trouble signing up, weird computer errors, but after a few tries, it let me in and sent me the sample. Funny that men aren’t qualifying…it’s not as if men don’t have and wash their hair. lol

I didn’t qualify either..I think it’s an age thing as they recommended the P+G brandsaver site to me. I guess I’m more about laundry than hair products lol. I’ll go to the P+G site (where I already have a membership) and see if I can get it from there..
