    Did anyone else get this message at the end of the survey?: “Sorry for the incontinence, but an error has occurred. Please try back later.” Don’t know if sample went through or not. LOL

    Clicking your link just took me to their blog.
    C&P took me to the sample form.

    This was using Firefox.

    Laugh of the day. Got an error message “Sorry for the incontinence, please try back later.” Maybe they need those TENA and Poise pads from HIF. Sure hope their dribbling website dries out soon

    Well, I don’t know if I’m getting the sample or not – after completing the form and hitting the Submit button, I got a bounceback message that read, “Sorry for the incontinence…” Hmm, made me wonder for a second if I was applying for products from Poise or Depends instead of toothpaste!

    Received the same message as Shelli. I tried filling out the form a second time, but it said that’s it’s one sample per household. I guess it worked?

    I got the same message…sorry for the incontinence… I hope they ment inconvenience, but typed it wrong, cause incontinence is when you sh*t or p*ss yourself and It makes me wonder what the toothpaste is REALLY made out of…Tom’s of Maine… I’ve never heard of it before
