Election Day is right around the corner on Tuesday, November 6. But what if you need a ride to the voting polls?
Lyft is offering free and discounted rides all day long. More info will be available on their site and in the app closer to election day.
Meanwhile, Uber has partnering with nonprofit organizations #VoteTogether and Democracy Works to register voters before state deadlines and provide free rides to the polls. It seems they'll also release more info closer to election day.
Finally, always check with a local campaign. It's very common for campaigns to organize ride shares, especially for voters who want to vote for them!
