Wheat Thins Class Action Settlement

If you purchased certain Wheat Thins cracker products between October 13, 2018 and May 9. 2025, then you may qualify for the Wheat Thins Class Action Settlement. This lawsuit stems from allegations that Mondelez International Inc. falsely advertised certain products as “100% whole grain.” Plaintiffs in the lawsuit claim that Wheat Thins are not made from 100% whole grain wheat. Instead, the crackers are allegedly made from refined grains, which are not whole grains.

Mondelez has not admitted to any wrongdoing, but agreed to a $10 million class action settlement to resolve the allegations. Under the terms of the settlement, class members can receive a cash payment without any proof of purchase.

Without proof of purchase, class members can receive $4.50 per household. With proof of purchase, class members can receive between $8 and $20 per household, depending on the number of products purchased.

Here's a list of qualifying products, which include:

  • Big Wheat Thins
  • Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Wheat Thins
  • Hint Of Salt Wheat Thins
  • Original Wheat Thins
  • Ranch Wheat Thins
  • Reduced Fat Wheat Thins
  • Spicy Sweet Chili Wheat Thins
  • Sundried Tomato & Basil Wheat Thins

You have until July 7, 2025 to submit a claim form online.

I need to point out I'm not a lawyer 💼. That said, DO NOT LIE ON THESE! You are using your signature under penalty of perjury. That means you don't want to lie! However, if you actually bought some of these items, feel free swearing to it and file a claim to get your rebate check!

Whenever I post one of these class action settlements, I always feel like Cellino & Barnes … I mean, Galino & Farnes.
