Soy is completely misunderstood.

Think about it. There’s soy milk, soy sausage, and soy bacon, amidst many other products. So as far as we might be concerned, there’s an animal somewhere out there like the pig called a Soy that produces sausage, bacon, and you can milk it. And for some reason, this weird animal called a Soy has more protein than the cows and pigs that also produce this produce.

Needless to say, I guess after milking a Soy, they curdled some with active cultures and this company called WildWood Foods is now producing yogurt. This yogurt from this mystical Soy creature is now being offered under the product name Soyogurt. And not only with a catchy name like this, but WildWood Foods is giving out two free cups of Soyogurt on their site now.

We should be careful about all signing up, though. If there’s too much demand for the by-products of the Soy, well, we’ll drive the whole Soy species into extinction.

And then, how would we be able to have soy sauce for our egg rolls?
