Free Dr. Pepper for Chinese Democracy
Rock and roll fans, rejoice! Today is a day that’s been seventeen years in the making. Axl Rose has finally released Chinese Democracy today! I mean, wow, its hard for me to believe that this album was started only when I was eight years old! Wow!
But, what do we care about the album, that’s not free now, is it? Heck, even a pirater got sued for leaking it! Thankfully, I think Axl Rose likes Dr. Pepper, or at least likes a good freebie like us, seeing he hasn’t complained at all about this free 20 oz Dr. Pepper offer at all. And its nice and simple too.
Just head on over to the Dr. Pepper website today only (EDIT: And extended through Monday at least), click on the bottom left of the three boxes, enter in your information, and they’ll mail you a coupon for a free bottle! All that simple! Of course, you might have some loading problems because so many folks are going to want this one and it’s been pretty well advertised, so if the site takes some time to load? Hang in there. Heck, we waited 17 years for this album, what’s 17 minutes or so for a free Dr. Pepper? (EDIT: And if that doesn’t work, give them a call at 1-800-696-5891 and get your coupon anyways!)

Hi Sarah… That definitely doesn’t sound like it worked. If anything, I’d try to run it again maybe? I added in the 17 minutes part to the freebie post originally because the site has been so swamped that it seems like its either a slow load time or its possibly error prone. So just hang in there and see if it works again…
After signing up for the first time registration I also received the same fatal error. But when I went back to try again it said that my email was already registered so i signed up in the top part. It took me to the mailing info and seemed to work for me. Try again, good luck!
It has taken me quite a while to do it but I have it done. I don’t really drink Dr Pepper but having to wait 17 years for the cd, I figured I was owed something!!! lol

I think their server is being overwhelmed. They promoted the heck out of this offer, as I got a million e-mails from awesome Hiffers telling me about it.

no P.O. boxes which means I can’t get it along with a whole lot of other people that live in towns too small to get home mail delivery.

I’m sorry for all the crap, everybody. Dr. Pepper has had how long to prepare to this freebie? 8 months? I’m honestly surprised at their lack of readiness.
It’s not just that their site has crashed, but it’s because they promoted the heck out of the fact that they’re giving away the drink for free. I’m all for milking freebies for everything they’re worth, but this is ridiculous.
Anna…to get around the no po boxes use your street adress you don’t get mail at in the top and then add c/o po box whatever. it useally works for me. but some sites are picky.
I tried for both days and every time I got onto the website and entered my beginning information it would then crash for the next page. When I tried calling both phone numbers they were busy. Totally sucks. Nothing annoys me more than a company giving something free away and then can’t handle the massive traffic on their site when people go to retrieve it.
