Whomever invented cereal is my hero. Think about it: so many flavors in one bowl, and with marshmallows, chocolate, fruit, nuts, you name it! All it is is processed grains, sugar, and add whatever else and boom, cereal. Simple, and easy.
And speaking of cereal, this Total Cranberry Crunch cereal sample sounds pretty good, even if it is supposed to be healthy.
Not that healthy cereal is bad… That’s nothing that a pound of sugar can’t fix…

High fructose corn syrup is the same as sugar. It's fine in moderation, just like sugar. I'm not trying to sound horrible, but where did you hear that high fructose corn syrup is bad? Are there any articles published? I'd really like to read em. Again, not trying to sound horrible or mean, I really would like to read the articles, if there are any.
I am a diabetic, but would like to give it a try,
I was so excited to try this cereal, and then I saw that it has high fructose corn syrup in it. They really do have everything. That stuff is poison.

Does anyone know if this cereal has nuts or peanuts in it? I have to be careful with what I eat. I don't want to go into anyphylactic shock anytime soon...
