At my “real job”, I don’t have a desk. Sometimes, though, I imagine that here at HIF, we writers have desks. And if we did? I know that I’d probably have the majority of my free Take America Back kit circular filed. Sans the DVD: I’d have microwaved that to use as a coaster for my soy chai lattes…

Kind of looking forward to the little flag actually.
I collect DVD’s and CD’s. I make suncatchers/reflectors out of them. Drill a hole, run some fishing line thru it. Use 3/4/5, whatever, and string them in a row. Hang somewhere where the sun will hit them and you’ll have beautiful colors ala Tinkerbelle dancing in the breeze.
Oh, I know what I’m SOOOO gonna do with this freebie.
I’m going to get one to just to help deplete their cash. I’ll use the DVD as a coaster for my morning cup of tea.

Keep it light and NOT political like Adam said ppl. And whether you like Glenn Beck or hate him you can’t deny he has a tremendous way of mobilizing a patriotic crowd. There was over 500,000 on the mall in DC and BTW: this is considered an extremely conservative estimate.
Well now it can never be said that Adam or I impose our personal beliefs on what freebies we will or won’t post!

It’s amazing which crowd seems compelled to post their hate.
Whether you agree with Glenn Beck or not, the most reliable crowd estimates for his 8/28 rally were in the ballpark of 86,000 to 100,000. If nothing else persuaded me that this estimate is correct, video of the *crowd* leaving would do so. Egress street sidewalks were not crowded, although the area around the reflecting pool emptied out quickly. Beck advertises a gold product for which investors receive a 75% return for every 100% they put in. Not exactly inspiring of trust — or honor.

As always, thank you for a ALL your posts. This is no different than anything else. If you want it, sign up. If not, pass. The nasty comments being made are both unwarranted and quite immature. I respect everyone’s right to their own opinion, but that doesn’t mean I need to hear it – especially on a webpage like this. I will enjoy my flag because above all I am a proud American and come November I will welcome the chance to participate in creating the real CHANGE – speak with your vote! That is where it matters.

I was going to pass on this (not my cup of tea), but remembered an in-law who likes this sort of thing – I thought maybe I’d add it to their family Christmas gift basket I put together every year (along with a few other choice freebies, baked goodies, ….). There are literally thousands more just like this. It is not hard information to find. I will form my own opinions as a proud American who believes in the concept of “social justice” as it is defined: the idea of creating an egalitarian society or institution that is based on the principles of equality and solidarity, that understands and values human rights, and that recognizes the dignity of every human being.

Anyone reading your post would think you got these quotes from listening to Glenn Beck, but…as they say “facts are stubborn”. You’ve really only lifted excerpts from Huffington Post and Media Matters, neither considered credible “news” sources.
#21 – I don’t know how you could figure out which “crowd” is doing anything. Nobody has their political party next to their name fas as I can tell. I know plenty of conservatives who are anti- Glenn Beck.
