Hey, It’s Free!

Did you know that every year, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream stores pick a day and give away free ice cream from noon until 8PM? I actually did, but it seems to have just snuck up on me this year because it’s today! You can check to see where the nearest Ben & Jerry’s is to you (their site is running really slow, presumably from all the other people in the world trying to find out that info as well!) and then once you’ve located a shop, just head on over, walk in, and ask for your free cone. That’s it. Seriously. It may be close to negative twenty thousand degrees where I live right now, but free ice cream? How can I say no to that?!

You can also use Google Maps to find out where the closest one is. Just click “Find Businesses” at the top and then search for “Ben & Jerry’s” and your town.
