   I’m not able to get this sample. When I click on “Request Sample Pack” it takes me to some other page. It could be my browser (Safari); from time to time I have problems with it.

   if you dont have a membership # just enter 999999999, i did it for me and a friend and it said your sample is on its way. just change the last 2#s

   the 0s worked, but you have to make sure to enter nine zeros. i dont have a membership # but it says my samples are on their way.

   My membership number is a lot longer than that.. Like… 5 numbers longer or something.

   I put in my last nine, though.
