Oh, no. Kashi’s latest free food offer has three different freebies to chose from, which are:

GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble cereal
TLC Dark Chocolate Coconut Fruit & Grain bar

I’m horrible at making decisions. You know that guy who stands in the cereal isle for forty minutes before timidly grabbing a box of Cheerios? Yeah, that’s me. There’s no way I get to bed before sunrise now.

    I like Kashi cereal! My teeth don’t. Don’t know which one I’ve tried, but it was hard stuff. Made my teeth hurt!

    I ordered the grain bar, looking forward to the chocolate. Kashi seems to be hit or miss to me. A few of their products I like, and some have been so bad I choked on the first bite. They should give free samples for all their products, so I don’t buy one of their awful items!

    They usually send some good coupons too. I ended up getting two free full-sized boxes of Go Lean at Walgreens when I combined the coupons with a sale. I agree with Deem on the product selection. The TLC bars are like compressed sawdust, but some of the cereals are delicious.

    Kashi is very healthful food. The bars are great snacks for hiking or car trips.

    old Fashioned oats are plain rolled oats and need a longer cooking time. Quick Oats are plain rolled oats that are broken up so they can be cooked more quickly. I think instant oats are pre-cooked and then dried.

    I got the fruit bar with Coconut & Chocolate. If it’s as hard as some of them, then I’ll treat it like a Biscotti and dunk it in my coffee! Actually, it sounds pretty good that way…

    i saw it on the commercial that they had a free sample tto boy they must be really pushing that stuff
