http://www.greetingstar.com/

Its a company that prints greeting cards and mails them to people, so you don't have to even pick them up from the store anymore. Any two cards are free when you sign up for a new account with the promo code 2freesheknows

Do I have to put in my CC#?

This site seems a bit squirrely.

From what I understand, I haven't had a chance to sign up yet because I'm working on other things and want to be able to focus on this, is that you sign up and put in the code when you sign up for the site, and they give you a $4 account credit, which pays for 2 cards from their site.

I'll report back later tonight or so about that when I get a chance, but if anyone wants to report on their experience...

I didn't have to enter in any CC info.

Just picked the card, put in the address to send it to and they send it.

Weird, it wouldn't let me send it without a CC number.

It just kept asking me for it until I got tired of trying to find a way around it and gave up.

[EDIT] *sigh* I give up. I tried it in IE to see if it'd work, and it just said "Please sign into your previously created account." Though I was ( how else could I have loaded my previously created card? ) already logged in. So I tried again in Fx and it said the same thing.

I'm just going to go to the store and buy a card.

Does anyone know if the recipients received the cards?? I was trying to make my cards a surprise, so I don't want to ask if they got it. But since I was sending them to my parents I am pretty sure they would have said something to me if they got them... and they haven't.

So... what do you think is going on?

If anything, Jewels, on the post on the frontpage, the owner of the site said to e-mail him if we had any questions, so maybe shoot them a message if you're curious?

I'd imagine they got a little behind because a lot of us probably requested, but even still.
