Free Spin Magazine Subscription

If you don’t mind sharing your favorite vodka recipe, you can get a free Spin magazine subscription, which apparently is a magazine devoted to music. I know, it’s a bit random. The only connection I could make between vodka and music is that whenever I drink plenty of vodka, I want to sing. And boy do I ever!

I’ve also been known to run around pretending I’m a British Spitfire shooting down WWII Luftwaffe planes. This, of course, explains why the number one phrase my friends ever say about me is “Oh great, Goob’s Spitfiring again. I’m not chasing him this time! Somebody wrote his address on his forehead with sharpie, right?”

    Black Russian
The Black Russian is a simple vodka and coffee liqueur drink. This popular lowball is known throughout the world and is so popular that it (and the White Russian) should be one of the first that every aspiring bartender should memorize. Experiment beyond the common coffee liqueurs like Kahlua to create different tastes. One like the creamier Cafe Boheme paired with 42 Below’s Manuka Honey vodka is a great match for a nightcap or an after dinner drink.
    Ingredients:

    1 3/4 oz vodka
    3/4 oz coffee liqueur
