Free Newsweek Magazine Subscription

I’ve been wondering what magazine would kick off the new year with the first free subscription. I had my money on Obscure Sports Quarterly, but it looks like RewardsGold thought it best to offer a free Newsweek magazine subscription. Whatever. I guess global and national news is slightly more important than dodgeball and squirrel skiing.

    Cool! I’ve been waiting for a free subscription to Newsweek. Have always liked this magazine. Hubby may not like another magazine subscription though. Oops.

    Don’t know what’s up but I’ve started getting calls for some of the past free offers. They tell me not to pay anyone else and if I cancel my 3 year subscription ($3.50 a week) they will charge me $250. Since I haven’t seen any notices I’m going to ignore this but I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I believe it’s for OK and some of the other women’s magazines like Self.

    Why didn’t they offer a free subscription to the Limbaugh Letter? I would have much preferred that…Newsweek’s copy is written by the Democratic National Committee each week.
